I was in Amsterdam with my mom and my sister. One of my favorite things from this trip was walking in the canals and we even had a chance to go on a boat. The captain was very nice. He let us drive the boat and let us use his hat. His father was a captain on a ship and he let us use his dads hat.
It was cold in Amsterdam and it rained. We bought a cover up and used it as a hat and as a jacket. When we go on vacations we always bring our covers. This was a good idea.
Amsterdam was lots of fun. The only thing is that we wish the canals were cleaner from the trash. We went to Hema to have food and walked all around during the day and night.
We stayed at the Radisson Blue in the center of Amsterdam. It was the most fancy hotel we were ever in. It was my favorite. We walked everywhere from there and the people were very nice. We purchased a bear to support Children’s Hospital.
Amsterdam is a nice place for kids to visit.
